Bear Pond Cabin - Pay online

    April – October             $170.00 per night      ( 2 night minimum stay)
    November – March       $150.00 per night      ( 2 night minimum stay)

Cozy River Cottage - Pay online

   April – October             $140.00 per night     
   November – March       $120.00 per night     

Deposits:   An advance deposit of 50% is required at time of reservation. The balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival day. A 100% deposit is required for 2 or 3 night stays.  Please note your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit is received.  We accept Visa, Master card, Pay pal, and personal checks.

Cleaning Fee:  For the comfort of our guests, our cleaning services cleans the cabin/cottage and linen/towels.  For reservations of 7 nights the fee is included.  For 6 nights or less, the cleaning and laundry fee is $75.00 for Bear Pond Cabin and $70.00 for Cozy River Cottage. This is a one time fee.

Check –in time:   after 3:00 p.m.     Check-out time:   10:00 a.m.  We will be flexible with these times when we are able to. Please call for arrangements.

Cancellations:   We know the best-laid plans can go astray; thus we will gladly refund your deposit less a $75.00 fee if you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival date. If you cancel within 11 to 29 days of your arrival date, we refund 50% of your deposit less a $75.00 fee.  If you cancel 10 days or less prior to your arrival date, your deposit is forfeited.

Occupancy: 

Bear Pond Cabin: 6 people   (1 queen, 1 full, 2 twins) An exception is made for infants.  You may bring a portacrib – no crib is provided in the cabin.

Cozy River Cottage: 2 -4 people ( 1 queen, 1 sofa bed).

What to Bring:  paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, personal items and lake towels.
Linens and towels are provided, however we do not replenish them during your stay. There is a new washer and dryer for you to use if needed. Please do not remove towel from the premises.

Additional Information:

Bear Pond Cabin: Our fireplace is wood burning and we provide the wood. It is  for your use October through April. We ask that only those guests who know how to build and take care of a fire use it.  Please take precautions and do not leave the cabin unless you are sure the fire is out.

Cozy River Cottage: A gas log fireplace is in the cottage and can be turned on and off at the bottom right. Please turn off any time you leave the cottage.

Bear Pond Cabin and Cozy River Cottage are not available to be rented to anyone under the age of 25 and we do not allow house parties.  Please be respectful of the few neighbors. No smoking is allowed in the cabin.

We are unable to make refunds due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.  Every effort will be made to repair any malfunctioning appliance or system as soon as possible.  We reserve the right to enter the property to perform repairs and maintenance.

We take pride in making our cabin/cottage a cozy home away from home, so please leave it as you found it.  Leave soiled towels in the tubs/showers and leave linens on top of or beside beds.  Wash and put away dishes.  Dispose of your inside garbage in tied garbage bags to the outside containers.  For Bear Pond Cabin, garbage pick up is on Monday mornings. You DO NOT have to put the can at the road. For Cozy River Cottage, garbage pickup is on Thursday mornings and the can must be put at roadside the night before or on check-out day.
